Meet Erica

“What I give to my clients is pure love in all its forms. I display it, I give it, I receive it, I honor it. And I built Derm by Erica around it.”

Erica began her career as a licensed esthetician in 2012, but her mission was clear long before her license was on the wall. In 2011, she wrote a statement that would unknowingly become the foundation of Derm by Erica:

“To inspire beauty and wellness with healing hands, helpful education, and effective products.”

That mission hasn’t changed. It’s only grown stronger

Built for Us, by One of Us

Derm by Erica was created because people of color deserve skincare that works.

No more being told our skin is “too difficult.” No more buying into brands that weren’t built with us in mind.

Erica saw the gap. And she filled it with products that are clean, effective, and made to meet the real needs of melanated skin.

“The skincare industry is a $450 billion dollar space built around white skin. That’s why I built something different. Something for us.”

From giving free facials to cancer patients at the beginning of her career, to developing products that visibly transform hyperpigmentation, Erica has never just been about the surface. Her work is rooted in deep integrity, lived experience, and community love.

More Than Skin Deep

Erica’s reputation is built on trust not trends. Clients know her for being real, for educating without gatekeeping, and for never pushing a product just to make a sale.

“I constantly tell people, ‘You don’t need this.’ I’ll teach you how to care for your skin first. If my products can help, great. But I’m here to educate, not sell dreams.”

Every formula is born from real skin concerns Erica has treated with her own hands. Every ingredient is chosen with intention. And every review tells the story: people feel seen, heard, and loved here.

Integrity You Can Feel. Results You Can See.

Derm by Erica is more than a skincare line. It’s a brand built on truth, resilience, and a whole lot of love. For those who’ve been underserved, overlooked, or sold broken promises—this is your space.
