How do I use my points?

To accumulate points, you must first create an account on the Derm7 website so your purchases can be applied toward your rewards.

To use your points once signed in there will be an area where you can apply your points toward your current purchase. You should see this option on the checkout screen.

Why are there no points showing on my checkout screen? 

Usually when users cannot see points on their account it means they have not signed in to their account. Make sure to create an account before making purchases so you can accumulate rewards.

What products can I use my points on? 

Your points can be used on any skincare products on the website.

How can I earn more points

Customers can earn points for purchases, creating an account, reviewing products, referrals, and on their birthday as a gift from Derm7.

How many points do I need for a discount?

500 points = $5 off your purchase. Each dollar spent is equivalent to one point earned.

How do I book an appointment?

On the home screen there is a direct link to our scheduling page. Click “Book an Appointment” and you will be automatically redirected.

What products should I get?

Erica always recommends clients to book a consultation prior to purchasing products so she can advise you correctly. We believe healing your skin is both an internal and external journey. For best results, Erica reviews your eating habits and stress levels during the consult so Derm7 works to it’s fullest potential.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary from person to person based on factors such as skin condition and severity, but our clients usually see a noticeable difference in 1 month or less.

I don’t live in LA. Can I book a virtual consultation?

Absolutely! Please book a Virtual Consultation on our website and Erica will video chat you on your selected time slot.

Which works better, the Melasma cream or Bleach bottom cream?

Melasma cream is for hyper pigmentation, scarring, and post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation on the face while Bleach Bottom is a stronger formulation used on the body. The skin on the face is more sensitive than on the body, but in severe cases Erica may advise clients to use Bleach Bottom on the face. Please use as directed and always wear sunscreen!

Help! I started using your products and my skin is irritated.

If your skin becomes irritated and sensitive, try alternating days that you use the products to give your skin a break and build tolerance. Also, if you are exfoliating, do not exfoliate your skin again until the sensitivity has gone away. Preferably, don’t exfoliate your face at all as it is not necessary. Lastly, make sure you are wearing sunscreen as some of the lightening ingredients can cause increased sun sensitivity. If irritation persists, stop using the product and text/call 310-595-5352so we can further assist you and troubleshoot the problem.

How old do I have to be to use the Anti Aging line?

30 is the minimum age for using the Anti Aging products. Though it’s never too early to start an anti aging regimen, our line is specifically formulated for 30

Oh no! I purchased the wrong product. Is it too late to switch?

We will always try our absolute best to assist you in switching your product orders. As soon as you catch your mistake, please email [email protected] with your confirmation/order number and Steve will assist you promptly.

I wrote he wrong address on my order. Oops!

It happens to the best of us. If you can catch it in time, please email [email protected] and we can usually change the address if it isn’t too late.

My package was lost in transit!

If your package has already been shipped from us, you will have to make a claim with the mail carrier. If you need further assistance, please email [email protected]

Where do I park?

DermByErica is in a residential area so we have street parking available for you. Please park on the opposite side of the street if possible. If there are no available spaces there, you are free to park on the street in front of the home, but please ask us for a parking pass upon arrival to avoid tickets.

We allow a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are running later than that, please text 310-595-5352 and we will try our best to accommodate you. If we cannot accommodate you or you are going to miss your appointment, please notify us and refer to our cancellation policy. Please drive safely
